Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality customer service experience
  • previous office administration experience
  • excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival
  • answer incoming calls and address inquiries
  • coordinate transportation services for members
  • coordinate private dining room rentals for meetings and meals
  • provide information about club services, amenities, and events
  • organize and complete daily reports
  • coordinate dining reservations and manage online registration for member events
  • coordinate and bill on-site member services and services provided by preferred vendors
  • track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets
  • review and edit marketing materials for print and digital use
  • courteous initiation and direction of all inbound calls
  • other duties as assigned
