Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury customer service
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- maintain a polished and professional appearance
- availability to work weekends and evenings until 8 PM
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- 2-5 years of customer service experience within luxury environments such as 5-star hotels or high-end retail
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- flexibility to work weekends and evenings up to 8 PM
Job Duties
- Be the brand ambassador as the first point of contact greeting and engaging clients with warmth and professionalism
- orchestrate white-glove service by anticipating client needs and coordinating personalized experiences including transportation via Uber, Lyft, or other luxury services
- facilitate connections by directing guests to respective Sales, Service, Parts, or Loaner team members
- curate local experiences by recommending and assisting with reservations at top restaurants, activities, and shopping destinations
- keep the concierge area pristine to reflect brand elegance
- refresh and delight guests by offering and serving refreshments
- support behind the scenes by assisting management with inventory, contributing to operational excellence, and aiding during hosted or sponsored events by escorting guests and directing foot traffic
- create lasting impressions by managing client interactions with poise and problem-solving to exceed expectations
