  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and computer applications
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and greet visitors warmly
  • Manage incoming calls and take messages accurately
  • Assist with recruitment by welcoming potential candidates and entering data into Applicant Tracking System
  • Support Director of Sales with inquiry calls and marketing materials
  • Maintain front desk and Bistro cleanliness and hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Perform administrative duties including mail distribution, meal ticket management, and resident records maintenance
