Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails
  • Provide information about the facility, services, and local resources
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage scheduling and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support residents with their needs including transportation and appointment coordination
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
