- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Serve as concierge and greet guests, residents, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers either in person or on the telephone in a warm and professional manner
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and individual needs
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents
- Distribute packages, business mail, magazines
- Maintain visitor log-in sheets or software
- Monitor closed circuit security cameras and fire alarm board, maintain security for public entries
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Ensure lobby area is neat and clean, pick up debris and keep desk clutter free
- Assemble marketing brochures and materials as needed
- Assist with resident sign-in for Life Enrichment events
- Complete computer tasks such as inputting resident data, maintaining databases, creating notice sheets and internal TV documents
- Maintain resident status list
- Greet prospective employees, provide job application process, explain interview steps
- Complete the Applicant Tracking Log
- Assist Business Office Manager with projects
- Support a culture of business decision-making and employee engagement to drive revenue and occupancy
