Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • serve as concierge and greet guests, residents, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers in a warm and professional manner
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify residents
  • distribute packages, business mail, and magazines
  • maintain visitor log-in sheets or software
  • monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board
  • maintain security for admittance to all public entries
  • prepare maintenance work orders
  • ensure lobby area is kept neat and clean
  • assemble marketing brochures and materials
  • assist with resident sign-in for Life Enrichment events
  • complete computer tasks such as data entry and document creation
  • maintain resident status list
  • greet prospective employees and explain job application process
  • complete Applicant Tracking Log
  • assist Business Office Manager with projects
  • support creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
