Job Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury resort or hotel
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of the local area including attractions, restaurants, and services
Proficiency in relevant computer software and reservation systems
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
Ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and move around the property
Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to identify intoxicated guests and follow department procedures in handling such guests
Ability to utilize portable radio to be in constant contact with the department as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism
Practice, support and promote the vision, mission, and values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Offer a wide range of concierge services including making restaurant reservations, booking spa appointments, arranging transportation, and handling ticket or tour bookings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and cultural events to provide recommendations to guests
Fulfill special requests from guests such as arranging surprise amenities, organizing romantic dinners, or providing personalized concierge services
Maintain clear and effective communication with guests via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and preferences
