Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night
  • Commitment to providing compassionate service to seniors
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors warmly
  • Manage and coordinate a wide range of resident inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring entry and exit points
  • Provide information about community events and services
  • Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments or activities
  • Collaborate with team members to support residents’ needs
