Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability for part-time work with flexible schedule including weekends
- proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
- experience in senior living environments preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle emergency procedures calmly
- experience with BILD sales system or willingness to learn
- prior experience in senior living environments is a plus
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- create joyful experiences with warm greetings for residents
- act as the go-to person for answering calls and directing guests
- address and resolve resident concerns to enhance quality of life
- provide administrative and clerical support
- schedule appointments and manage mail
- utilize technology including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- lead emergency procedures and notify executives of emergencies
- master BILD sales system
- lead and organize weekend activities
- communicate with compassion and diligence
- report maintenance and repair issues
