Job Duties

Greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain the community’s front desk area and ensure it is well-organized and presentable
Coordinate scheduling and reservations for community amenities and events
Assist residents with transportation arrangements and other daily needs
Monitor security and access to the community to ensure resident safety
Provide information about community services and support resident engagement activities
