Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, Identify appropriate providers for guest needs, Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction, Gather and provide information about property and surrounding amenities, Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues, Monitor club lounge for seating availability and guest well-being
