Job Duties

  • Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
  • Create and maintain homeowners' job files
  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Work with RSRs and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process
  • Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
  • Resolve any post-install situations
  • Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
  • Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post installation situations
