Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
proficiency in computer use
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours
pass drug test
complete tuberculosis test and physical evaluation as required
covid-19 and influenza vaccinations if mandated by law

Job Duties

greet potential residents, families, and visitors
manage internal and external calls
take and communicate messages
provide community information supporting the director of sales and executive director
assist business office coordinator and hr designee in recruitment process
perform computer data entry
monitor the bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
