Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to provide a warm and professional demeanor
good organizational skills
effective communication abilities
ability to complete a criminal background check
availability to work part-time on an as-needed basis

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred
basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Windows
excellent verbal and written communication skills
able to complete a criminal background check

Job Duties

Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner
promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors
receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff
receives all mail for the community and residents
sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location
routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested
maintains community resident's rosters and other community information
