Job Duties

  • respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation and reservations
  • make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
  • follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • gather and provide information about property amenities and local attractions
  • answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • contact relevant departments to resolve guest issues
  • review and document information from shift logs and memo books
  • monitor club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • use clear and professional communication
  • develop positive working relationships with team members
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand or walk for extended periods
  • perform light lifting and other duties as assigned
