Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors with kindness and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate and schedule community activities and events
  • Assist residents and families with inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Provide information about community services and amenities
  • Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
