Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in high-end luxury hospitality or property management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems
Job Duties
- Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
- Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
- Maintains an active presence at the front desk
- monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property
- Reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to the front desk procedures
- Provides PowerPoint support for reports and presentations
- Acts as a technology expert, engaging with systems and helping homeowners with queries
- Conducts daily walk-throughs of the building to ensure the community is upkeep and clean
- Processes incoming mail and outgoing packages, answers questions, makes recommendations, and arranges transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, health and beauty services, cultural events, travel and meeting planning, dry cleaning delivery, and housekeeping coordination
- Maintains knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and special services to enhance a 5-star residential living experience
- Maintains familiarity with community amenities and activities, giving directions to amenities and events within the property
- Adheres to all front desk procedures including completing daily activity reports and incident reports
- Responds to emergency situations professionally
- Performs administrative tasks related to the front desk
- Resolves resident and guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- Performs other job-related duties as directed
