Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with residents and staff
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training
  • Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or senior living community support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and handle logistics
  • Proficient in using computer systems including Point of Sale and communication platforms
  • Comfortable with social media content creation
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare environment preferred
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with training program support is a plus

Job Duties

  • Coordinate programs and services with various Independent Living resident committees
  • Assure meeting spaces and functional equipment resources are properly reserved
  • Support and participate in all aspects of front desk services
  • Focus on customer service to residents to meet their needs
  • Provide guidance to Independent Living residents and guests for services requested
  • Coordinate service needs with other departments
  • Arrange theater, dining, and event experiences including transportation
  • Arrange transportation to standing events such as shopping, church, and library
  • Communicate clearly and effectively on phone and in person
  • Assist in maintenance of resident event information systems, communication systems and Point of Sale systems
  • Coordinate with security, transportation, and front desk services for hospitality needs
  • Assist in training programs and standard operating procedures for front desk associates
  • Post activities and current events on in-house channel and MP portal
  • Help with social media posts including photos, videos, and testimonials
  • Support or provide backup for healthcare-related activities
  • Adhere to business policies and procedures
  • Participate in required training and education
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and business partners
  • Provide and accept feedback for continuous quality improvement
  • Escalate issues related to business standards when necessary
  • Comply with all organizational rules and regulations including HIPAA and safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned
