Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years experience as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Ability to maintain confidentiality on guest and staff matters
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
Must be well groomed and presentable
Familiarity with concierge and hotel management software preferred
Willingness to support team environment and company culture
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Two years prior experience as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Availability to work all shifts and flexible scheduling abilities
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest and operational issues positively
Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle high-pressure situations
Willingness to maintain confidentiality concerning guests and staff
Positive and resourceful attitude with a commitment to exceed guest expectations
Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with Go Concierge, Guestbridge, HotSOS, Market Metrix, Opera, and Open Tee systems preferred
In-depth knowledge of Wynn / Encore services and Las Vegas area attractions
Preferred membership in Les Clefs d'Or or Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association
Notary Public license in Nevada preferred but not required
Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Provide Forbes 5 Star personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations and show ticket arrangements
Anticipate and proactively address guest needs regarding transportation, shopping, spa and salon services, golf, and amenity or courier requests
Maintain Wynn standards of cleanliness, appearance, and a safe work environment
Resolve guest issues within limits of authority, demonstrating patience, tact and diplomacy
Exhibit exceptional knowledge of Wynn / Encore features, local entertainment, dining, shopping venues and special events
Attend required training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
Uphold confidentiality and professional communication with guests and staff at all times
