Job Duties

Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
Provide information and support regarding community events and services
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate empathy and a nurturing attitude towards seniors
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive community environment
Uphold accountability for personal and team responsibilities
