Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Open availability Monday through Sunday
  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Experience with customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills including email and phone etiquette
  • Willingness to learn BuildingLink and KeyLink system operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents and directing visitors, contractors, and vendors
  • Confirming appointments before allowing access to the building
  • Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, and voicemails
  • Sending resident communications through BuildingLink
  • Providing concierge services like package receiving, dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, access assistance, and local recommendations
  • Escalating resident concerns to the property manager as needed
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
