Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 2-3 weekends per month
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous property management or hospitality experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mentality
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic administrative and telephone systems
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
- Respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls via switchboard
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents, prospects, and vendors
- Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Assist with coordinating community events and resident requests
- Manage and document visitor logs and deliveries
