Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, holiday, and overnight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide personal services and assistance to residents and their guests to enhance the community

- s Communicate effectively with residents and management teams
- s Ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the community
