Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and specialized applications

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extending a warm welcome and greeting, offering and providing beverages, ensuring safety protocols are in place
  • Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and minimize wait times
  • Greet potential candidates interested in careers at Sunrise, direct them to apply online, and enter candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Answer incoming calls promptly with appropriate greeting, take accurate messages and communicate them effectively
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdresser and transportation
  • Send get well cards to residents in the hospital and sympathy cards to families
  • Order flowers and name plates for new residents, maintain marketing packet inventory
  • Support sales by handling inquiry calls and assisting with lead tracking
  • Keep front desk and entry area organized and manage the Bistro area with refreshments and music
  • Ensure safety compliance and participate in risk management programs and emergency response
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters, monitor resident movements with high-risk lists
  • Update phone lists, meal ticket processing, mail distribution, and assist with recruitment and administrative duties
  • Participate actively in team engagement, follow training requirements, and perform other duties as assigned
