Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
  • strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
  • ability to work one or more shifts including morning 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., evening 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., overnight 11:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to work at various apartment complexes throughout Chicago
  • dependable, self-directed, and organized

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • monitor building access, enforce entry procedures, and log visitor information
  • receive packages and notify residents promptly
  • answer phones, assist with resident inquiries, and relay messages
  • maintain a clean, orderly front desk and lobby area
  • report maintenance or safety concerns to property management
