Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or security preferred
  • ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
  • ability to climb occasionally
  • ability to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
  • must be able to reach with hands and arms
  • ability to work extended/flexible hours including nights, weekends, and attend board meetings
  • ability to work overtime occasionally
  • must pass background check and drug screening

  • must have good auditory and visual acuity to detect emergency alarms

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • completes required forms accurately
  • may be assigned other duties by supervisor
