Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and use Sunrise applications
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Compliance with safety and health regulations
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Availability to participate in required training
- Must pass a drug test (excluding marijuana) and health screenings
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations if mandated locally

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise software
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extending a warm welcome and greeting, offering beverages, and ensuring safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and minimize wait times
- Greet potential job candidates, directing them to apply online or entering their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone calls within two to three rings with appropriate greetings and identification
- Take complete messages and communicate them to intended recipients
- Provide community overviews to callers and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well cards to hospitalized residents and sympathy cards to families
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents before move-in
- Order guest meals for residents and families on move-in day
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support the Director of Sales with initial inquiry calls and Customer Relationship Management database entry
- Keep the front desk and entry area neat and organized
- Monitor the Bistro area for cleanliness, restock refreshments, and maintain music ambiance
- Ensure front desk coverage when stepping away
- Partner with community team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Practice safety procedures including personal protective equipment and emergency protocols
- Maintain resident, team member rosters, and schedules for emergency use
- Champion the Safe Leaving Program to ensure resident safety
- Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
- Ensure all guests and residents sign in and out appropriately
- Maintain high-risk elopement list and monitor entry and exit points
- Update daily resident phone lists, rosters, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- Prepare and manage meal tickets and collect payments
- Organize and distribute mail and community newspapers
- Display daily menu on menu board
- Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Assist with recruitment data entry and administrative duties
- Order office supplies and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team goals and uphold company values
- Attend meetings and maintain compliance with required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
