Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience answering telephones or in a customer service position
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality and privacy
  • Practice and promote Meridian Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Core Values and Founding Principles
  • Meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Provide information and assistance to residents, family members, and visitors
  • Manage reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Promote company policies and uphold a professional environment
