Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to comply
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Willingness to participate in required training
- Ability to pass drug and health screenings as required
- Complete vaccination requirements as mandated by law

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors and residents
- Contact the Director of Sales and Executive Director to coordinate visits
- Greet potential job candidates and manage the recruitment process
- Answer incoming calls promptly and take accurate messages
- Provide community information to callers and direct them appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send cards to residents and families for special occasions and condolences
- Order flowers and guest meals for new residents
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support sales staff by handling inquiry calls and lead tracking
- Keep the front desk and Bistro area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and participate in risk management
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and emergency procedures
- Respond to emergencies and enforce safety protocols
- Update daily resident phone lists, logs, and meal ticket counts
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Assist in recruitment and administrative duties
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement activities
- Maintain compliance with required training and safety standards
