Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a concierge role in a luxury hotel
Proven ability to provide exemplary service to VIP guests
Deep understanding of Chicago’s cultural, dining, and entertainment venues
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated problem-solving and composure in high-pressure situations
Proficient in using hotel property management systems and digital concierge platforms
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years concierge experience in a Forbes-rated, AAA Five Diamond, or luxury hotel
Experience working with high-profile or VIP clientele
Passion for delivering anticipatory, refined service exceeding Forbes Travel Guide standards
In-depth knowledge of Chicago’s dining, arts, entertainment, and cultural scene
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
Proficiency with property management and digital concierge software
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural activities
Secure exclusive reservations and coordinate guest requests
Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams for seamless guest service
Manage guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and attractions
Anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly and gracefully
Use property management systems and digital concierge tools efficiently
