Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk and by phone
- assist residents with maintenance requests and general inquiries
- operate the phone system and software including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Canva
- coordinate communication between departments and residents
- manage resident onboarding tasks such as creating welcome binders and access badges
- distribute internal communications like daily activity puzzles and notices
- maintain documentation such as resident photo directories and pest service logs
- support administrative needs including business card creation, gift shop form updates, and various projects as assigned
