Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk and by phone
  • assist residents with maintenance requests and general inquiries
  • operate the phone system and software including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Canva
  • coordinate communication between departments and residents
  • manage resident onboarding tasks such as creating welcome binders and access badges
  • distribute internal communications like daily activity puzzles and notices
  • maintain documentation such as resident photo directories and pest service logs
  • support administrative needs including business card creation, gift shop form updates, and various projects as assigned
