Job Duties

  • Demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all interactions
  • Greet, engage and assist callers and guests professionally and courteously
  • Ensure collateral materials such as brochures are up to date and available
  • Work with Executive Director and Sales Directors in fielding inquiry calls
  • Respond to inquiries and promote Brightview's programming, dining services, care and safety
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and families to maintain contact
  • Maintain data accuracy in the Yardi lead base system
  • Support community sales efforts by engaging visitors and promoting Brightview
  • Maintain model apartments ready for showing
  • Assist Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with interview process
  • Assist Business Office Director with compliance and inventory of office and community supplies
