Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Ability to greet and assist residents, visitors, and candidates warmly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to participate in required training and comply with safety protocols
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Completion and passing of drug test and other health screenings as condition of employment

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the DOS, ED, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and ensure minimal wait times
- Greet potential candidates interested in Sunrise careers and assist with recruitment process
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with appropriate community greetings
- Take and communicate complete and pertinent messages
- Provide community overview to callers and direct calls accordingly
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards, and order Memory Flowers as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents and guest meals for move-ins
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support DOS with inquiry calls and CRM lead tracking
- Keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- Monitor and maintain the Bistro area cleanliness and refreshments
- Ensure music is played throughout the day
- Adhere to risk management policies and promote safety compliance
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and participate in emergency procedures
- Respond appropriately to community emergencies
- Maintain guest sign-in/out procedures and elopement lists
- Update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- Prepare and process meal tickets and money
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Post daily menus
- Assist BOC/HR with recruitment and order office supplies
- Track and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team meetings and training
- Foster team engagement and uphold service principles
- Perform other duties as assigned
