Job Duties

  • Attend to special guest requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry services arranging appropriate vendors
  • Address special requests from guests with exceptional needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local amenities, including events and special activities
  • Handle, log, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
  • Contact appropriate personnel or departments such as bell services or housekeeping to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
  • Review employee shift logs and daily memo books, documenting pertinent information in records
  • Monitor club lounge guest availability, service, safety, and wellbeing
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
  • comply with safety training and certification requirements
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain clean professional appearance, safeguard confidential information and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and fulfill their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others, prepare and review accurate written documents, and answer phones with proper protocol
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns appropriately
