Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- able to manage multiple priorities
- basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- capable of understanding and completing required forms
- ability to work flexible hours including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- must be able to navigate building premises quickly and safely
- must detect emergency alarms
Job Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- command of information system hardware/software is preferred
- good written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- capable of working extended/flexible hours, weekends and attending Board meetings
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- maintains daily logs, records and forms accurately
- assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
- walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- completes all required forms
- may be assigned other duties by supervisor
