Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • able to manage multiple priorities
  • basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand, sit, walk for extended periods
  • capable of understanding and completing required forms
  • ability to work flexible hours including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • must be able to navigate building premises quickly and safely
  • must detect emergency alarms

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
  • capable of working extended/flexible hours, weekends and attending Board meetings

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • maintains daily logs, records and forms accurately
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • completes all required forms
  • may be assigned other duties by supervisor
