Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or security role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • capability to stand, sit for long periods, walk and occasionally climb
  • ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • must be able to respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • ability to maintain accurate records and logs
  • must pass background check and drug screening
  • willingness to attend board meetings and occasionally work overtime

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills required

  • computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment
  • ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • may be assigned other duties by supervisor
