Job Duties
- Act as host/hostess for guests on the Executive Level floors, providing attentive, world-class service
- Deliver a personalized, gracious experience that leaves guests feeling appreciated and cared for
- Inspect and maintain Executive Level dining and lounge areas for cleanliness, elegance, and proper setup
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and overall experience
- resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
- Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and Executive Level specialties
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and mixed beverages, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure buffet items are well-stocked and displayed attractively
- Plate and serve guest meals upon request with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and lounge environment for subsequent shifts
- Assist with dinner reservations, transportation, theater tickets, and other concierge services
- Make pre-arrival calls to VIP guests to personalize their upcoming stay
- Order and arrange amenities and floral touches for VIP suite arrivals
- Inspect VIP rooms and suites to ensure flawless presentation before guest arrival
- Receive VIP guests curbside, escort them to their suites, and provide an orientation to the space
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and check-outs seamlessly in the Executive Lounge
- Assist guests with future reservations and special requests during their stay
