The Concierge role at Invited is an integral part of the Member Experience team, dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized service to club members. This position plays a vital role in creating memorable interactions by managing communication channels such as phone calls, reservations, and emails while fostering strong connections that make members feel valued. In this role, the Concierge serves as the crucial first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a warm welcome and creating outstanding first impressions through personalized greetings and thoughtful service. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing detailed information about club facilities and events, and actively assisting members with reservations and event participation. The Concierge is also responsible for making proactive outreach calls to new and at-risk members, ensuring engagement and retention, while supporting key member experience projects. Accuracy and attention to detail are important in managing member profiles, dietary restrictions, and reservation processes to guarantee a safe and enjoyable visit.
The position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills across multiple channels, and the ability to multitask effectively. Physical requirements involve standing, walking, and other activities over extended periods in various environments. The Concierge works closely with the Member Experience Director and contributes to maintaining the club's welcoming atmosphere, organization, and high service standards. Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests, greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, deliver exceptional business and concierge services, inform members about club services and events, assist with member communications and social media, make outbound calls to new and at-risk members, manage reservations for club programs and dining, conduct proactive reservation confirmation calls, promote upcoming events and assist with event registration, contribute to member experience initiatives, document member interactions in the M360 system, update events on the MemberFirst platform, prepare and print personalized member recognition materials, maintain up-to-date member profiles, communicate member dietary restrictions to restaurant staff, maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and workspace, ensure supplies are stocked
