Job Description
Invited is a renowned leader in the hospitality and service industry, dedicated to building meaningful relationships and enriching the lives of its members, guests, and employees. Established in 1957, Invited has grown to become the largest owner and operator of private clubs across the United States, managing over 130 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs. These establishments offer an exceptional range of amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, fitness centers, and much more. With a workforce exceeding 17,000 employees, Invited fosters an inclusive and engaging work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to contribute to the overall success of the company.
The Concierge role at Invited is a vital member of the Member Experience team, focusing on delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences for club members during every interaction. This position involves managing phone calls, reservations, general emails, and inquiries while fostering meaningful connections that help members feel recognized and appreciated. The Concierge supports the club's member engagement by assisting with outreach efforts toward new and at-risk members, promoting club offerings, supporting social media activities, and participating in various member communication initiatives. The role embodies the club's core values — Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells — ensuring that every member interaction exceeds expectations and elevates loyalty.
As the primary liaison for members and guests, the Concierge is responsible for creating excellent first impressions with personalized greetings and seamless service. Duties include managing reservation processes, providing detailed facility information, encouraging participation in club events, and assisting with event registrations and follow-ups. The Concierge also supports member experience initiatives, such as updating the website calendar, managing message-on-hold systems, and meticulously maintaining member records via the M360 system and the MemberFirst platform. Attention to detail is critical, as the role includes preparing personalized member recognition materials like welcome tents and celebration cards, as well as communicating special member needs such as allergies or dietary restrictions to the restaurant team.
The position requires a professional and personable demeanor, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and service-oriented attitude. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and other activities typical in a dynamic club environment. The Concierge is expected to maintain a welcoming lobby area and ensure the availability of necessary supplies. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with regional and corporate teams to resolve challenges and support club operations.
Invited offers both part-time and full-time opportunities. Full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off and leave programs. The company values professional growth and encourages continuous development through relevant certifications and training, ensuring its team members are well-equipped to provide exceptional service and uphold the high standards of this prestigious club network.
