The Concierge role at Pegasus Senior Living offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the quality of life of senior residents by being the primary point of contact within the community. Scheduled primarily from Wednesday to Sunday, this position plays a critical part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This role actively contributes to supporting everyday life by attending to residents' needs with warmth and professionalism, facilitating smooth communication within the community, and participating in key operations that ensure an exceptional living experience. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The compensation ranges from fifteen to seventeen dollars per hour, adjusted based on experience, education, and certifications, reflecting the organization’s commitment to competitive and equitable pay.

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact and support for senior residents and visitors
- Manage inquiries and provide information about community services and events
- Facilitate scheduled appointments and coordinate communication between residents and staff
- Maintain a welcoming and secure environment at the community entrance
- Handle administrative tasks including record keeping and reporting
- Assist with coordinating community activities and special events
- Demonstrate empathy and provide compassionate assistance to residents as needed
