The Village at The Woodlands Waterway is currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused PRN Concierge position. This role is central to the community's operation as it involves being the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers. The position requires a warm, professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that every visitor receives a positive and memorable impression. The PRN Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming telephone calls, handling delivery packages, and supporting maintenance requests and business office tasks. This full-time evening shift role, from 4 PM to 12 AM, offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, providing opportunities to engage with a diverse group of individuals and contribute meaningfully to the daily operations of the community. Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel appropriately served
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify the resident of delivery
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
