- proven customer service experience and skills
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively
- willingness to participate in training and adhere to safety policies
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
- must comply with Sunrise safety and risk management protocols

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents
- greet potential candidates and direct them to apply online
- answer incoming telephone calls and take detailed messages
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- order flowers and guest meals for move-ins
- maintain the front desk and Bistro areas clean and inviting
- support risk management policies and respond to emergencies
- update resident rosters and prepare meal tickets
- assist with recruitment data entry and administrative duties
- participate actively in team engagement and training programs
