Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds

Job Duties

Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and transportation arrangements
Develop thorough knowledge of hotel services, local area, and nearby travel services
Accurately answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations
Resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally
Assist with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain cleanliness
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
