- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office and community-specific applications
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and extend a warm welcome
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to coordinate meetings with prospective residents and families
- Greet and assist potential job candidates, directing them to apply online or capturing information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly with appropriate greetings and take detailed messages
- Provide community overviews to callers and manage appointment scheduling for residents and families
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and Bistro area, including restocking refreshments and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
- Support the Director of Sales with lead tracking and customer relationship management
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and partner with community teams on risk management
- Update resident and team member rosters and manage administrative records such as meal tickets and mail distribution
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement activities to support team success
