Job Duties

  • Provide excellent professional service while addressing guests wide range of requests including but not limited to creating stay itineraries that enable guests to reminisce on remarkable memories, arrange dining reservations, transportation services, local events and attractions, entertainment, deliveries, special occasion requests, tours and more
  • Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and service standards
  • Listen to and analyze guests needs and provide anticipatory service to go above and beyond, personalizing along the way
  • Accommodate guest requests in person, over the phone, and through email in English
  • Process packages and mail as necessary
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
