Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years concierge experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of local Chicago attractions and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with technology and reservation systems
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a concierge role within a Forbes-rated, AAA Five Diamond or comparable luxury hotel setting

- In-depth knowledge of Chicago's cultural, culinary, and entertainment offerings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual fluency preferred
- Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
- Proficient with property management systems and digital concierge tools
