Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting is required
- Working knowledge of computer systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Patience, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards
