The Concierge role at 333 Water with Hines Living, a rapidly expanding arm of Hines focused on residential living spaces across North America, plays a critical part in creating communities where residents feel proud and cared for. This position involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs aimed at delivering exceptional hospitality-focused experiences. As the primary point of contact for residents, the Concierge ensures efficient communication, timely response to inquiries and complaints, and the fostering of positive, ongoing relationships aimed at fulfilling resident expectations.
The responsibilities include welcoming new residents and guests, supporting residents' daily needs such as luggage assistance, monitoring guest traffic and security systems, managing communication channels including phone calls and deliveries, and maintaining detailed logs and inventories. Job Requirements

- Minimum two years experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome new residents and guests and ensure comfort for prospects and visitors
- Support residents with the use of luggage carts
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
- Monitor security cameras and fire alarm panel
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate contacts, and assist with request callbacks
- Ensure timely delivery and documentation of packages and notify residents
- Update daily logs related to events and report concerns to management
- Book freight elevators for move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Provide detailed local information on restaurants, delivery options, and other points of interest
- Organize, coordinate, and implement various resident services and programs
- Act as the point of contact for residents, responding within 24 hours to inquiries and complaints
- Provide personalized experience focusing on care and convenience
- Engage with residents to foster positive ongoing relationships and confirm expectations are met
