The Concierge role at 333 Water with Hines Living, a rapidly expanding arm of Hines focused on residential living spaces across North America, plays a critical part in creating communities where residents feel proud and cared for. This position involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs aimed at delivering exceptional hospitality-focused experiences. As the primary point of contact for residents, the Concierge ensures efficient communication, timely response to inquiries and complaints, and the fostering of positive, ongoing relationships aimed at fulfilling resident expectations.

The responsibilities include welcoming new residents and guests, supporting residents' daily needs such as luggage assistance, monitoring guest traffic and security systems, managing communication channels including phone calls and deliveries, and maintaining detailed logs and inventories.
