Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Availability to respond promptly to resident inquiries and complaints

- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Two or more years experience in a customer service environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome new residents and guests and ensure comfort for prospects and visitors
- Support residents with the use of luggage carts
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
- Monitor security cameras and fire alarm panel
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate contacts, and assist with request callbacks
- Ensure timely delivery and documentation of packages and notify residents
- Update daily logs related to events and report concerns to management
- Book freight elevators for move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Provide detailed local information on restaurants, delivery options, and other points of interest
- Organize, coordinate, and implement various resident services and programs
- Act as the point of contact for residents, responding within 24 hours to inquiries and complaints
- Provide personalized experience focusing on care and convenience
- Engage with residents to foster positive ongoing relationships and confirm expectations are met
