The role of Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living is pivotal as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and potential candidates interested in joining the team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including greeting visitors warmly, managing calls efficiently, supporting the Director of Sales and Executive Director with inquiries, and contributing to administrative functions like data entry and recruitment support. The Concierge ensures a pleasant and safe atmosphere within the community's bistro area, maintaining cleanliness while providing refreshments and an enjoyable environment. Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Compliance with safety procedures including Personal Protective Equipment and emergency protocols
- Willingness to participate in required training and meetings
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors, guests, and residents
- Manage all incoming telephone calls and take detailed messages
- Support the Director of Sales and Executive Director with inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Assist with recruitment by greeting potential candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain and organize the front desk and Bistro area ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments
- Support risk management by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining emergency rosters
- Perform administrative duties including updating resident lists, processing meal tickets, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies
