Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Compliance with safety procedures including Personal Protective Equipment and emergency protocols
  • Willingness to participate in required training and meetings
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors, guests, and residents
  • Manage all incoming telephone calls and take detailed messages
  • Support the Director of Sales and Executive Director with inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Assist with recruitment by greeting potential candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain and organize the front desk and Bistro area ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments
  • Support risk management by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining emergency rosters
  • Perform administrative duties including updating resident lists, processing meal tickets, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies
