The role of Concierge at Bridge Senior Living is pivotal to ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere at the facility. As the first point of contact, the Concierge provides essential support by greeting residents, visitors, and vendors, and performing various clerical duties that keep daily operations smooth and efficient. This role is fundamentally about delivering exceptional customer service, managing communications, and assisting residents with their needs. Concierges act as friendly, knowledgeable ambassadors who help foster a warm community spirit. Responsibilities include managing the front desk access, handling incoming telephone calls, notifying residents and staff about the arrival of guests or deliveries, and accommodating special requests by coordinating with other team members.

Ideal candidates for this position bring a mix of interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Candidates are expected to hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and possess CPR certification, ensuring preparedness in case of medical emergencies.
